DeRose & Durand's set of notations are somewhat out of date and are
referenced in terms of their book rather than the standards being referenced.
ISO SC18/WG8, the developers of SGML, etc, are preparing a Part 9 to ISO
9573, Techniques for Using SGML that will provide notation identifiers for
all ISO coding schemes. I attach a file containing these ISO 9070
identifiers and SGML notation declarations contained in this Technical Report.
